You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Zime reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate our policies, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.
3. Marketplace Transactions
Zime acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers, sellers, and drivers. Delivery fees and order totals are final once an order is placed. Zime is not liable for disputes between buyers, sellers, or drivers, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving them.
4. Deliveries
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on driver availability and location. Zime is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
5. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your contact details may be shared with drivers and sellers solely for the purpose of completing your delivery.
6. Payments
Payments processed through Zime are handled securely via our payment partners or collected in cash on delivery. Zime is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers.
7. Changes to Terms
Zime reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
