Passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form. Banking and identity information is stored separately from general account data and is only accessible to authorized platform administrators for the purposes described above.

Your contact details (phone number, username) are shared only with the specific driver, seller, or buyer involved in a given order, to facilitate delivery communication. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
